Argyll & The Isles

Argyll and the Isles is one of Scotland’s most diverse and spectacular areas – our brand identity captures the essence of all that is Argyll and the Isles covering the mainland, islands, sea lochs and peninsular. Our work includes brand development, business to business exhibition design, e-commerce marketing and tourist/consumer marketing literature for the eight key areas within Argyll and the Isles as ‘Area’ and ‘Activity’ leaflets covering the A-Z of where to go and what to do across the region.

It is not very often that we are given the opportunity to ‘brand’ a region especially the region that captures the spirit of Scotland with its hills, sea lochs and islands – and not forgetting 51% of Scotland’s coastline!

To that end we created a unique and inspiring brand identity that would evolve at that is Argyll and the Isles. The resulting brand identity is a graphic representation of Argyll’s environment from Loch Lomond in the east to Colonsay and Tiree on the west coast of Scotland. Together with the new brand identity  we developed eight other sub-brand identities – one for each of the areas within the Argyll and the Isles region.

Beyond our work in developing the brand identity we continue to work with Argyll and the Isles Tourism creating their marketing literature which includes graphic design, illustration, mapping and copywriting, all to ensure there is both a consistent ‘look and feel’ and ‘tone of voice’ across their marketing literature.
